is a dynamic business leader with over 15 years experience in business consulting, and
managing & developing teams of professionals. Kari-Lynn orchestrated the successful
roll-out of the online trading platform for one of Canada’s foremost discount brokerages,
setting the business direction for an implementation team of over 150 trading &
operational support staff. She has also led a team of consultants tasked with increasing
efficiencies through business process optimization for a major contact center. Kari-Lynn earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
